For several years now, a key element in our development strategy has been quality management, based around a quality/safety/environment centre. This enables us to meet and anticipate requirements related to quality, food safety and regulatory requirements.
We guarantee the quality of our products, as we are ISO 22000 certified in food safety management for research & development, manufacture and trade of oenological products.
This certification allows us to ensure at all times that our oenological products are safe for use in foodstuffs. As part of our food safety approach, we analyse and control biological, physical, chemical and allergenic risks throughout the oenological chain, from the reception of raw materials and packaging to the manufactured products.
Systematic controls are carried out throughout the chain in accordance with defined procedures to ensure the traceability and compliance of the oenological products we manufacture.
This global quality management also takes environmental requirements into account, particularly with regard to packaging, as well as the food safety requirements imposed by the international system (ISO 22000 or by mass distribution (BRC, IFS frames of reference)).
We own a laboratory for physical and chemical analysis of wines, as well as a tasting room. These are essential tools for our technical support and prescription activities. Our highly reliable laboratory is ISO/CEI 17025 accredited (the scope of accreditation can be consulted at www.cofrac.fr) and participates in inter-laboratory control networks.
A first in the French wine world
The new OENODRIVE® service enables winegrowers and cellars to place urgent orders for oenological products. The products can be picked up on the same day at our OENODRIVE® site, located in Montagnac.

Production centre: OIRY
This production centre is essential to SOFRALAB®. It is where we can manufacture/produce a large part of our ranges and ship them worldwide.

SOFRALAB® logistics is managed for total traceability of products. This is made possible by batch numbering of finished products and raw materials, and by our powerful ERP software.
